Newman M. K. Lam

Newman M. K. Lam is a professor of public administration in the University of Macau. He was the Head of the Department of Government and Public Administration between 2006 and 2009 and the Head of the Department of Social Sciences between 2004 and 2006. He was a visiting scholar at the University of Hong Kong between 1997 and 2000 and taught at the University of Victoria, Canada, between 1991 and 1997. He is currently a member of the Macao SAR government’s Conselho Consultivo para a Reforma da Administracao Publica and Comissao De Avaliacao Dos Servicos Publicos.

Ian Scott is Emeritus Professor and Fellow of the Asia Research Centre at Murdoch University and Adjunct Professor in the Department of Public and Social Administration at the City University of Hong Kong. He taught at the University of Hong Kong between 1976 and 1995 and was Chair Professor of the Department of Politics and Public Administration between 1990 and 1995. Between 1995 and 2002, he was Chair Professor of Government and Politics at Murdoch University. His most recent book is The Public Sector in Hong Kong (Hong Kong: Hong Kong University Press, 2010).

詩肯家居向ZARA看齊 10年拓百店

（中央社記者林孟汝台北5日電）詩肯董事長林福勤指出，家具業會受到政府打房影響，必須提前布局，將向ZARA等平價時尚看齊，定位「詩肯家居」為平價、高品質品牌，要在10年內達成拓店百家的目標。

詩肯（6195）股份有限公司今天與歐洲最大系統，板材家具商Nolte Group（諾爾特集團）旗下CS Schmai品牌簽約，成為諾爾特集團在台灣獨家代理商，未來將提供100%的德系系統家具，並以CS Schmai品牌CLEO產品線的玻璃材質面的櫃類家具為第一波引進家具，以符合台灣潮濕不易沾灰塵的需求。

林福勤指出，Nolte Group工廠是全機械生產及運送，人力只用於操作電腦，行銷及開發，因此勞動成本很低，以一個台灣本土產製的櫃類家具要價新台幣3萬元，Nolte Group家具至少便宜3成左右。

他說，今年前半年詩肯總營收衰退不到1%，「雖然很失望」，但與新北市五股區的家具業績大衰退程度相比，算是好的。

林福勤表示，房市最低迷時，家具業一定會受到影響，因此之前就要布局，盡量去拓展店面或引進小眾品牌家具等補充公司業績。

他說，現在是全球化時代，要隱藏利潤獲取暴利已經不太可能，只有像優衣庫（Uniqlo）、ZARZ等時尚品牌，以平價、品質、品牌，高CP值的產品持續吸引消費者，才能永續經營。

詩肯旗下有「詩肯柚木Scanteak」和「詩肯家居Scan Living」兩個品牌，目前全台共有94家門市，包括82家詩肯柚木及12家詩肯居家，今年詩肯居家擴增上看20家門市，預定10年內達成拓店百家的目標。1040805
